Your Project Manager is at the center of your active projects. They supervise the logistics of your store schedules and the manufacturing process, track your inventory, and ensure that your fixtures arrive at your stores on time.
Your Customer Service Representative is responsible for setting up store rollout schedules, billing terms, and delivery tracking information. They also serve as your main point of contact for business interfaces such as SAP Ariba.
We recognize that not all engineering needs are the same, and time is of the essence. That’s why our process is built on speed, efficiency and innovation. Our Director of Engineering works directly with Account Managers and customers on new premium fixture development.
Reporting to the Engineering department, our Design team bridges concepts and possibilities. Design enables us to highlight the best features of your store, making full use of its environment.
With over 100,000 sq. ft. of warehousing, Carlson offers our customers the luxury of planning. Our Project Managers can store and stage waves of production every 60-90 days at no additional costs. With over 20 dock doors, scheduling rollouts is a walk in the park.
Carlson is diligent in our efforts to provide prototypes for all of our new fixtures. We test and review prototypes with our customers as part of our inclusive team approach.
With a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) office in Xiamen, China, our overseas Carlson office is able to coordinate with our Project Managers to provide round-the-clock logistical coordination and shipment tracking. If you are short-staffed and need help with final mile delivery, we can handle that too.
Shipping KD can save our customers significant shipping costs. If fully assembled fixtures are needed on-site, Carlson provides expert assembly and packaging in our Rogers warehouse for a roll-on/roll-off solution. If you need “white-glove” services, no problem, we have you covered.

Overseas & Domestic Quality Control
Each new fixture goes through a formal quality control process conducted by our Quality team at Carlson’s Rogers, MN facility. We inspect fixtures being produced overseas at the factory with our WOFE team, and at our facility in Rogers, MN. Customers are invited to join in on all inspections.
